FLUOCINOLONE; HYDROQUINONE; TRETINOIN are a combination of corticosteroid and a retinoid that is similar to vitamin A and a drug that is used to lighten the skin. These 3 are combination of Hydroquinone 4%, tretinoin – 0.05%, Fluocinlone – 0.05% Acetonide – 0.01%. This triple combination application is a treatment for melasma treatment. There are a total of 228 patients with facial melasma were enrolled and treated. Most of the patients have 1 to 2 courses of treatment every day. There have been a total of 129 patients who experienced at least one treatment related IE. The assessments are positive with both the patient and the physician melasma is a condition where patients acquire dark spots, on the face, especially on the cheeks and forehead.
